Job Description

The original home was a tired old cottage with mid last century extensions.

Urban Bay kept the front room and the heritage front façade, demolished the rest of the building and created a modern uptown inner-city home, surrounded by superbly paved and landscaped gardens.

The lower level was completely extended with master bedroom, WIR, ensuite, powder room, kitchen, meals and living room.

American oak flooring was used throughout to create a cool luxury.

A new second storey was added with two bedrooms built in robes study and bathroom.

The appearance of this home now makes it difficult to believe how it looked prior to Urban Bay’s intervention.
