Tired and burnt out Victorian home needed a total renovation and a new kitchen/family room rear extension. Urban Bay fitted out the home with period style, ornamental finishes and fixtures, and new polished timber flooring throughout. External features were upgraded; basic style windows and bland facade were replaced with period style double hung windows and mouldings, the original front fence was replaced with a wrought iron rendered one, and landscaping and paving was added presenting an elegant street frontage. The updated double fronted Victorian home now breathes new life and style enjoyed by the proud owners.
